James Harwood

James Harwood is a seasoned construction engineering professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including oil, gas, and chemicals. Currently serving as Construction Engineering Manager III at Fluor Corporation, James contributes to the M&G Chemicals Jumbo Project. Prior to this, James held the position of Construction Program Manager at Fluor Daniel Eurasia, leading construction planning for the Sakhalin Island Production Facilities. With a background that includes senior roles at CB&I, Jacobs Engineering, Qatar Petroleum Corp, and MW Kellogg, James has successfully overseen complex construction operations and engineering teams on multi-billion dollar projects worldwide.
