Sophie Delahaut

Sophie Delahaut serves as the Department Manager for Process & Mechanical Engineering at Fluor Corporation, a position held since September 2018, after previously working as a Senior Process Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Honeywell, where Sophie was a Lead Project Development Engineer and Technology Manager for Gas Processing, as well as a Process Engineer for Gas Processing. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Manufacturing Team Leader at BP and as a Process Engineer at Solvay. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from both the Université catholique de Louvain and KU Leuven, alongside completion of The New Leader Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021.
