Stephen Varnell

Stephen Varnell, PMP, has been a Project Director at Fluor Enterprises, Inc. since 1991, currently serving as the Alliance Manager for the Luminant O&M Alliance in Dallas, TX. Varnell has held various leadership roles at Fluor Corporation, including Vice President and Project Director for significant projects such as the $1.7 billion I635 East LBJ Expansion and the $1.1 billion Greenline Extension Project, where Varnell has notably improved safety, stabilized costs, and provided operational oversight. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at the RM Cooper Leadership Center at Clemson University. Varnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel.
