Ella Mason serves as the Group Head of Sustainability Strategy & Engagement at Flutter Entertainment Plc since July 2023, focusing on societal and climate impacts within the gaming and sports betting industry. Ella has been a Fellow at the RSA since August 2020, contributing to sustainability practices. Previous roles include Head of Sustainability External Engagement at Amazon and Director of Corporate Affairs & Business Purpose at Tate & Lyle Sugars, where Ella demonstrated expertise in communication and employee engagement. Additionally, Ella held the position of Head of External Affairs at Danone. Ella is an alumnus of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the University of York.
