Jermaine D. currently serves as the Head of User Experience Research at Flutter Entertainment Plc, overseeing user experience research for a variety of digital products since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jermaine held key positions within Flutter International, including Head of Design & Insights and Senior User Experience Researcher, focusing on enhancing the Sportsbook offering through innovative design and customer-centric strategies. Jermaine's experience also includes significant contributions to Kindred Group plc, TalkTalk, Wonga.com, and Allianz Insurance, where skills in user experience research, design, and product optimization were demonstrated. Jermaine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics with Economics from Goldsmiths, University of London.
