Prior roles include Head of Corporate & Property Sourcing at Paddy Power Betfair, Senior Purchasing Manager at Paddy Power Bookmakers, and Group Head of Procurement Indirect Spend at Valeo Foods Group. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree focused on Strategic Management and Food Business from University College Cork, Margaret also brings a wealth of experience from positions at Jacob Fruitfield Food Group, BearingPoint, and Marks and Spencer.
