Olga Chiseolari has extensive experience in fraud, risk management, and customer service within the online gaming and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Fraud Operations Change Manager at Flutter Entertainment Plc since November 2017, Olga oversees operational readiness for impactful projects and supports the leadership team's strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes various roles at Pokerstars, where responsibilities ranged from managing fraud operations teams to providing direct customer support and handling complex issues. Olga's career began at William Hill as a Quality Coach and Analyst, and spans back to positions in accounting and technical support within other organizations. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Sofia University “St.Kliment Ohridsky.”
