Rachael Minton

Rachael Minton is an HR Shared Services Supervisor at Fragomen since March 2017, overseeing international HR activities across the UK and India, with responsibilities including team leadership and service delivery across the European region. Prior to this role, Rachael served in various HR positions at GCI: Enabling Your Future, including HR Specialist II and HR Support Team Lead, where recruitment and payroll administration were key responsibilities, earning recognition as GCI 'Star' in 2016. Rachael's experience also includes a fixed-term HR Assistant role at PPG Industries, supporting operations for over 400 employees, and a Student Placement at PPG focusing on HR support. Rachael began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at RADLEY + CO and Karen Millen before transitioning to HR. Rachael holds a BA Hon in Business and Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University and is an Associate member of CIPD.
