Mbuba Blessing

Mbuba Blessing is currently serving as an HR & Operations Administrator at Flutterwave, a fintech company focused on transforming digital payments across Africa, since September 2023. Previously, Mbuba worked as a Collections Officer at PalmPay from August 2022 to September 2023, contributing to financial stability and customer relations in the fintech sector. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Supervisor at Cedar Court Hotel, where implementation of a manual tracking method led to a significant increase in accountability for funds, alongside positions at Ehkofells Hotel and AmityHotel. Mbuba holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the European Business Institute of Luxembourg and a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
