Willem Baelde

Willem Baelde has over 20 years of experience in IT management, artificial intelligence, and project optimization across various industries, including FMCG, Retail, Defense, and Energy. Currently, at Fluvius since August 2013, Willem leads AI projects and optimizes project methodology as part of the strategy department. Previously, Willem served as Head of CEO Office at ATRIAS, focusing on project portfolio management and internal communications. As a co-founder of Druifkracht, Willem contributed to local energy initiatives. Earlier roles include significant positions at Eandis where Willem managed IT architecture and led change management projects at Delhaize, including the establishment of a European SAP Center of Excellence. Education includes multiple certifications from Vlerick Business School.
