Tom Tomczak

Tom Tomczak has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Flux Webdesign Antwerpen since April 2022. Previously, Tomczak held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Trustteam Group from November 2023 to October 2024 and served as Marketing & Sales Director - Group Vice President at Inetum-Realdolmen from July 2021 to September 2023. Tomczak was the CEO of Proximus SpearIT from July 2014 to June 2021, where responsibility included driving digitalization efforts for medium-sized IT organizations. Prior roles include Head of Service Delivery at Belgacom Bridging ICT and positions at Belgacom focused on program management, strategic marketing, and product management. Tomczak holds an MBA in Finance, Controlling & Accounting from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Communication Technology and a Master’s in Communication Science.
