Kim Olsen

Kim Olsen is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in driving innovative solutions and enhancing customer experiences across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Flux Federation since September 2024, Kim previously held the position of Customer Experience Value Stream Owner at Powerco, focusing on transformational initiatives. With significant experience at Wolters Kluwer, including roles such as Associate Director of Product Management and Head of Product - Enterprise Software, Kim led teams in developing and launching software solutions successfully. Earlier career stages included positions in consulting and tax advisory at EY and a teaching role at Victoria University of Wellington. Kim holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University, as well as a New Zealand Certificate in Tikanga from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
