Alice Hayes

Alice Hayes is an experienced professional in user experience research with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Flux since June 2024, Alice also holds the position of Head of UX Research at the Bank of Ireland since January 2023. Previous roles include UX Research Manager and Lead User Experience Researcher at NatWest Group between July 2018 and January 2023, as well as Senior User Experience Researcher at John Lewis & Partners from October 2015 to July 2018. Earlier in the career, Alice worked as Lead Researcher and Research Assistant at Acuity Intelligence Limited and as a Research Assistant at The Science Museum, London. Alice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, between 2010 and 2013.
