Venessa Bennett

Venessa Bennett is a seasoned UX professional currently serving as the Founding Member at Flux and the Global Director of UX at Dye & Durham Corporation since November 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing a distributed team and collaborating on product strategy across five markets. Previously, Venessa held the position of Head of User Experience at Cazoo, leading UX for multiple domains and managing a team of designers and researchers. Venessa has also contributed as Product Design Lead at Eporta and as UI/UX Digital Design Lead at Vodafone Business, where oversight of B2B IoT product design occurred. Educational qualifications include a BA in Graphic Information Design from the University of Westminster and a BTEC in Graphic Design from Barnet College.
