Robert B. Kinz

Robert B. Kinz has worked in a variety of roles across a range of companies. Robert B. began their career in 1997 as Associate General Counsel at Leggett & Platt. In 2005, they moved to Sysco Corporation as Assistant Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2007, they joined Armstrong Teasdale LLP as Partner, where they were first chair in over 50 mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, with deal values up to $7 billion. In 2013, they began working at Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. as Executive Director, Integration Planning Office-United States and Business Development Manager. In 2017, they moved to Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, Inc. as Executive Director, Business Development & Licensing. In 2021, they joined STADA Corp USA as Director of Business Development and Legal Affairs, USA. Robert B. is currently employed at Fluxergy as General Counsel (Registered In-House Counsel, California), Head of Strategic Alliances.

Robert B. Kinz received their B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University between 1981 and 1985. Robert B. then went on to attend Rutgers Law School and obtained their J.D. in Law between 1985 and 1988.
