Leandro Maguid

Leandro Maguid is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Lead at Flux IT since May 2023. Previously, Leandro held the position of Head of People at Natural Tech House, where responsibilities included employee relations, compensation and benefits program development, and talent culture initiatives. In addition, Leandro worked at Semperti as Head of HR, contributing similarly to employee relations and organizational development. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Sillones & Compania and Nidera S.A., as well as HR Analyst at Banco Piano. Leandro holds a degree in Human Resources from UADE, obtained in 2008.
