Peter Kemp

Peter Kemp is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate commercial law, currently serving as a Director and Partner at Fluxmans Inc since June 2011. Specializing in corporate structuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, funding, and various sectors including mining, telecommunications, and insurance, Peter has also contributed to international projects across multiple African countries. Prior to Fluxmans, Peter held the position of Director and Partner at Eversheds South Africa, focusing on similar areas, and has held directorial roles at Stein Scop, Altron and Altech, and served as Head of Compliance at HSBC South Africa. Peter obtained a Bcom LLB degree in Economics and Law from the University of Cape Town between 1981 and 1985.
