Jai Desai

Jai Desai began their work experience in 2009 as the Director of Global Systems Engineering at StorSimple, where they managed the Global Technical Sales team and provided pre-sales technical support. In 2012, they joined Microsoft as a Worldwide Technology Solution Professional, focusing on Cloud OS and Storage. Jai then moved to Datera in 2015 as the Principal of Global Sales before becoming an Advisor at ITapp, which was later acquired by ServiceNow. In the same year, they also joined HashiCorp as the Senior Director for Enterprise Sales, being responsible for global sales and customer satisfaction. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Netsil, until the company was acquired by Nutanix. At Nutanix, they took on the role of Global Head of Sales for AIOps and Epoch. Jai then joined Microsoft again in 2020 as part of the Global Sales team for Azure Stack Edge. Currently, Jai Desai is the Co-Founder and COO of FluxNinja, an open source flow control and reliability platform for cloud applications.

Jai Desai completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai in 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California for the period of 1999 to 2000, with a focus on Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
