Haiku Chandna

Haiku C. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Product Manager at Fluxon since August 2021. Prior to this, Haiku worked as a Product Management Consultant for API Products from October 2020 to August 2021. They also held various positions at Plivo, including Associate Director of Product from February 2019 to August 2020, and Senior Product Manager for Voice and Messaging APIs from March 2017 to February 2019.

Before joining Plivo, Haiku worked at OnlineSales.ai as a Product Manager from April 2015 to March 2017, where they successfully led the transition of a product from proof of concept to the company's flagship SaaS offering. Prior to that, Haiku worked as a Software Development Engineer 2 at Flipkart.com from October 2014 to April 2015, where they focused on real-time inventory visibility for sellers participating in the Flipkart Advantage program.

Haiku's earlier experience includes roles at Rovi (TiVo) as a Software Developer from October 2013 to October 2014, where they worked on a multi-tenant TV Guide mobile application, and at Sokrati as a Software Design Engineer from July 2011 to October 2013, where they built and managed API integrations with various ad networks.

Additionally, Haiku has experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo, where they conducted analysis using bioinformatics tools and worked with international nucleotide databases. They also held positions as a Public Sites IT Supervisor, managing computing resources in university libraries and labs, and as a Resident Advisor, responsible for the safety and well-being of student residents and organizing events in the dormitory.

Haiku C. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a focus on Bioinformatics and Mathematics from the University at Buffalo. Haiku then pursued further education at Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Economics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Computer Interaction from the Interaction Design Foundation in January 2017. Haiku C. also engaged in coursework related to User Experience and Interaction Design at the Interaction Design Foundation.
