Shreyas Gurav

Shreyas Gurav is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently serving as a Jr. Manufacturing Engineer at Fluxwerx Illumination since December 2020, where responsibilities include troubleshooting productivity bottlenecks and ensuring quality across diverse product configurations. Shreyas has a notable background in quality assurance, demonstrated through a significant reduction in in-line part rejections and enhanced data accuracy in reporting. As the Founder and Principal of Fore By 3 Media Company since April 2019, Shreyas has also engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Previous roles include General Assistant at Compass Group and Build Engineer at Wipro PARI, complemented by foundational experiences in mechanical engineering and coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, among others.
