Melissa Caldwell

Melissa Caldwell is the Vice President of Customer Onboarding & Success at Fluxx. Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the medical field, with a focus on billing and coding. Melissa began their career as a Practice Manager for Central Ohio Medical Group in 1994. In 1996 they became the Medical Billing Manager for Westerville Internal Medicine, LLC, where they remained until 2009. In their current role at Fluxx, they are responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring their success.

Melissa Caldwell has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in E-Marketing from Franklin University.
