Natacha van Haneghem

Natacha Van Haneghem is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development with a strong background in interim management and strategic consultancy. Currently serving as Head of HR Organisation Development at Fluxys since October 2012, Natacha has led various strategic projects, including change management initiatives. Previous roles include Interim Manager at Securex, where responsibilities included restructuring the Payroll OutsouRce department, and at Partena Professional, managing payroll operations and initiating strategic restructuring programs. Natacha also held leadership positions at Chemtura, overseeing EMEA operations and customer care teams, as well as at Dow Chemical, where management of customer service functions and process improvements were key responsibilities. Natacha holds a master's degree in Interim Management from Vlerick Business School and a bachelor's degree in Economics from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
