Matthew Freece

Matt Freece is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as Chief Software Engineer at FLX AI, Inc. since May 2022. Prior roles include Software Development Manager at Paychex from January 2021 to May 2022, and Software Project Manager at L3Harris Technologies from July 2015 to January 2021. Matt's career began in the USAF as a Tactical Communications Technician from December 2002 to December 2006 and has included various positions at Harris Corporation and Exelis, culminating in roles such as Software Team Lead and Lead Software Engineer. Matt holds an MBA in Business from the University of Florida (2009-2011) and a B.S. in Computer Science from Park University (2004-2006).
