We are Kelly and Michelle. Two friends and professionals passionate about helping Women feel confident, happy, and empowered throughout their motherhood journey.

We have different backgrounds-Michelle is a Qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor and Kelly is a Specialist Motherhood and Matrescence Coach and Trauma-informed Yoga instructor specialising in pre and post-natal yoga.
