Randeep Uberoi

Randeep Uberoi is currently the Head of Human Resources at Flybig Airlines, where they focus on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to foster a positive work environment. With extensive experience in the aviation industry, Randeep has previously held leadership roles such as Head of Operations at PCITS and Director & CEO at Firefly Academy of Aviation & Hospitality. They also gained valuable expertise in talent acquisition as Deputy General Manager at Indigo Airlines and as a Manager at IBM Global Process Services. Randeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and completed secondary education at Tagore International School.
