FlyCRE (a division of Burge Corporation) is a commercial and industrial aerial intelligence company specializing in property documentation, inspection, and long-term asset visibility.

We don’t operate as a general drone service.

We focus on one thing:
Helping commercial property owners, asset managers, and insurers understand exactly what’s happening across their assets, not just today, but over time.
Because when issues arise, documentation determines outcomes.

What We Do
FlyCRE captures and structures aerial data into usable, repeatable intelligence.
Not just images.
Not just flights.
A record.
Our work is designed to support:
•	Commercial real estate owners
•	Industrial property operators
•	Asset managers and investors
•	Insurance and risk stakeholders

Why It Matters
Most properties are managed.
Very few are truly documented.
Without consistent visibility, small issues turn into major costs, and when problems arise, there’s often no baseline to reference.
FlyCRE changes that.
We provide ongoing, data-driven insight that allows properties to be:
•	Tracked over time
•	Evaluated with context
•	Supported with defensible documentation

Our Approach
We focus on consistency, clarity, and continuity.
Every engagement is built around:
•	Repeatable data capture
•	Structured reporting
•	Long-term comparability
So decisions aren’t based on assumptions, they’re based on what can be seen, measured, and referenced.

Areas of Application
FlyCRE primarily supports:
•	Commercial and industrial real estate
•	Land and turf-based environments where visibility and resource management matter

Our Mission
To provide reliable, scalable aerial intelligence that helps organizations protect assets, reduce uncertainty, and make better decisions over time.
