Caroline Fleming is currently working at the Hanley Sustainability Fund as the Consumers Sector Head and Head of Recruitment, where Caroline gives portfolio recommendations based on top-down analysis. Caroline is also a Junior Analyst at the fund, expanding their knowledge on equity research and ESG investing. Additionally, Caroline serves as VP of Finance at Alpha Kappa Psi and is involved in Premier Collegiate Connections, Flyer Enterprises, El Coyote Tex Mex, and Neighborhood as well. Caroline previously worked at The Great Parks of Hamilton County as a Lifeguard and Snack Bar Employee. Caroline is currently pursuing their education at the University of Dayton.
