Bradley Kellogg

Bradley Kellogg has a diverse work experience that spans over the course of several companies. Bradley started their career as a Software Engineer II at ITT Industries in 2002, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer II at Raytheon. In 2007, they joined NYSE Euronext as a Director, where they transformed an equity trading enterprise software to a SaaS business model and developed strategic relationships with clients. In 2010, Bradley joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Vice President, focusing on quantitative prime brokerage. Bradley then transitioned to Projects in 2013, where they served as an Advisor to FinTech and managed service companies, and worked on improving operations and analyzing M&A opportunities. Bradley'smost recent role has been as the Chief Financial Officer at Flyer Financial Technologies since 2015.

Bradley Kellogg has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business. Bradley also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from The George Washington University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the General Securities Representative Exam and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, both from FINRA.
