Ksenia Novikova

Ksenia Novikova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Flyer One Ventures. Previously, Ksenia held key leadership roles as the Chief Operating Officer at Roosh and AMO, where responsibilities included overseeing video production and publishing. Ksenia also served as a Senior Operations Manager at Генезис and started their career as an intern at ProCredit Bank. Ksenia holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Kyiv National Economics University and completed a program at Harvard Business School Online in 2021.
