Lidiia Bulatetska

Lidiia Bulatetska is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and HR People Partner at Генезис since August 2022. Previously, Lidiia held the position of Project HR Coordinator for ICITAP, a US Department of Justice PAE Contractor, from July 2021 to July 2024, and served as a People Partner at Naym from June 2021 to May 2022. Lidiia's earlier roles include Head of Adaptation and Motivation and Onboarding and Adaptation Manager at MHP SE and LLC Kapelou, respectively, as well as Recruitment and Adaptation Manager at Эльдорадо. Lidiia holds a Master's degree in General and Aviation Psychology from the National Aviation University and has participated in several relevant training programs and workshops, including those focused on adaptation in organizations and nonviolent communication.
