Vital has founded Flyer One Ventures in November 2018 as an international VC that focuses on startups from the CEE region. Vital is responsible for analyzing potential deals and making the final decision on how an F1V's capital will be allocated. Board Member at 99math, AllRight, Liki24, Vochi (exit), and a number of other portfolio startups.

Prior Experience and Education Possesses more than 15 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience and a Belarusian State University Degree in Economics.

In 2015, led Genesis Media, one of the biggest media companies in the world. Launched and operated various kinds of online businesses, including the most popular news and entertainment websites and apps in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and other emerging markets and US-focused entertainment publications.

Launched a series of successful web projects and made them profitable. In 2017, co-founded the startup BetterMe, the fastest-growing health and fitness app in the world.
