Jazmin Nelson

Jazmin Nelson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management, dance instruction, and performance oversight. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at The Flying Biscuit Cafe since June 2021, Jazmin evaluates sales reports to enhance efficiency and recommends hiring to boost productivity. In addition, Jazmin instructs dance at Atlanta Dance Exchange, coordinating the dance program and delivering lesson plans focused on various dance techniques. Previous experience includes a role as Maintenance Choreographer/Administrator at Disney Cruise Line, where performance integrity and operational efficiency were prioritized. Jazmin also managed bartending operations at Theatre Refreshment Company, overseeing staff schedules and training while maintaining inventory levels. Educationally, Jazmin holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Alabama State University and a Conservatory degree in Dance from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
