Klaudia Doerffer

Klaudia Doerffer's work experience includes a role as Head of Delivery, Partner at Flying Bisons since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Head of Research & Strategy, Partner at the same company from January 2020 to January 2023. Klaudia also served as an Innovation & Strategy Consultant at touchideas from September 2017 to December 2019, where they led the innovation and service design team. Klaudia was responsible for designing and bringing new products and services to market for various clients in industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, fashion, and retail. Additionally, they were a Lead Service Designer and Service Designer at InMotion Ventures from March 2017 to September 2017 and July 2016 to March 2017, respectively. In these roles, they built and led design teams, collaborated with internal departments, coached startups, conducted qualitative research, and organized design masterclasses. Klaudia also had brief stints as a Service Design Consultant at Imperial College Business School and Royal Bank of Scotland in 2016. Klaudia started their career as a Graphic Design Trainee at MyBaze in 2013, where they worked on designing business cards, stationery, and the checkout process of the website.

Klaudia Doerffer pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2011 to 2014. Klaudia then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they also attended Imperial College London to study Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Design as part of an EMBA module.
