Natalia Sidor

Natalia Sidor has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 when they founded and served as CEO of ADEO Test Przedsiębiorczości until October 2021. In October 2020, they joined Flying Bisons as a User Experience Intern, later progressing to the roles of Junior User Experience Designer, UX Designer, and currently holds the position of Senior UX Designer. Concurrently, in 2021, they took on the role of Mentor & Teacher at Flying Bisons Academy, where they taught courses on user experience basics, Figma, and more advanced courses on Behavioral Psychology in Experience Design. In 2022, Natalia joined Dare IT as an Education Mentor, co-creating challenges for the "Build UX portfolio" and providing video feedback to participants.

Natalia Sidor has a strong educational background in various fields. Natalia obtained their Master of Arts degree in E-biznes from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in both Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as in Psychology - Neurocognitive Science from Uniwersytet SWPS. Natalia also holds several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Natalia completed the Green Digital Skills program at INCO Academy in April 2023. In September 2020, they completed the User Experience Design Essentials - Adobe XD UI UX Design course offered by Udemy. Additionally, they have certifications in Creative Skills for Innovation from Google, Digital Competence Development Training from Geek Girls Carrots, and a Young MBA Certificate from Fundacja Promocji i Akredytacji Kierunków Ekonomicznych.
