Aaron Melendrez

Aaron Melendrez has been working in the hospitality and marketing industries since 2014. Aaron began their career as a Beverage Director at Pistola in 2014, followed by a role as a Bartender at Normandie Club/The Walker Inn in 2015. Also in 2015, Aaron took on the role of Creative Director/Beverage Director at Salazar, where they were responsible for spearheading one of Los Angeles' most successful beverage programs. In 2016, Aaron became an Attache at The Bon Vivants, working as the Southern California Brand Ambassador for Tequila Ocho and Ancho Reyes. Aaron also took on the role of Owner + Operator at Here and Now in 2018. That same year, Aaron became a Partner at Va'La Hospitality, a consulting group offering unmatched insights into the city's hospitality industry. In 2020, Aaron became a Co-Founder of NO US WITHOUT YOU! and a Marketing Specialist at Flying Embers Hard Kombucha.

Aaron Melendrez has completed a Computer Communications/Network Security program with the United States Air Force.
