Currently, Jochem serves as the Managing Director for Waydoo Europe and The Hydroflyer Europe, as well as the Founder and Managing Director of Flying Fish Foils, an innovative company focused on efoiling. With a history of freelance marketing consultancy at Koning Marketing & Insights and prior roles at organizations like Rabobank Groep, Nestlé Nespresso, and L'Oréal, Jochem has developed expertise in digital marketing strategies, brand marketing, and consumer insights. Jochem holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
