Demi Brown

Demi Brown, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as a Human Resources Advisor at Flying High Partnership, a Multi-Academy Trust consisting of 31 schools. Prior to this role, Demi accumulated extensive HR experience at Commify, Europe's leading Application-To-Person messaging provider, where responsibilities included serving as an HR Advisor for nearly eight years, and held various positions such as Senior HR Officer, HR Officer, and HR Assistant at Circle. Demi began a career in HR as an Administrator at Derby Moor Community Sports College, advancing from an apprenticeship to a full HR Administrator role. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University and an Intermediate Diploma in HRM from ICS Learn.
