Jared Trujillo

Jared Trujillo is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Flying Star Cafe since December 2007, Jared oversees seven locations, focusing on team cohesion, profitability, and brand management.
