Doug Gardner

Doug Gardner serves as the Chief Information Officer at Flying Tiger Copenhagen since May 2020. Previously, Doug held the role of CIO at River Island from October 2011 to May 2020, where significant digital transformation efforts were made to enhance customer experience and integrate technology into commercial strategies. Doug's leadership led to the development of new customer-facing digital platforms and improved omni-channel capabilities. Prior experiences include serving as IT Director at French Connection from June 1999 to October 2011, focusing on digital transformation and efficiency improvements, and as IT and Ops Director at Sally Beauty from 1986 to 1999, overseeing operations across key areas which contributed to company growth.
