Christian L. Caballero has a diverse professional background. From 2006 to 2014, they served in the German Federal Armed Forces as a Course Director and Chief Instructor at the Non-Commissioned Officers School, Senior Advisor Risk, Forward Air Controller (FAC), and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), and Head of Department Organisational Development.
