Bob Burch has extensive experience in the field of digital media and advertising. Bob has held several prominent roles throughout their career. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Account Service Intern at Stand Advertising. In 2005, they joined SKM Group as a Media Planning/Buying Intern. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Flynn, initially as a Junior Media Buyer, then as an Interactive Media Buyer and eventually as a Digital Media Supervisor. During this time, they developed online marketing programs and performed print and broadcast media buying/planning for clients. In 2013, they moved to DAC as an Account Director, providing strategic leadership and account management for a client portfolio valued at over $2.5 million in net revenue. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Digital Media at Dixon Schwabl + Company, where they established and led an in-house digital media team and executed a $15 million annual digital media spend. Since 2018, they have been working at Flynn again, first as the Director of Digital Media, then as the Director of Media Strategy, and currently as the Chief Media Officer.

Bob Burch pursued their undergraduate education at the University at Buffalo from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Marketing. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bob has acquired several certifications from Google.
