Marvin Gorospe has a diverse work experience in the construction and design industry. Marvin started their career at Geopacific Consultants Ltd in 2011 as an Autocad Draftsman and worked there until 2013. Marvin then joined MERJ Drafting + Design in 2014 as an Autocad Draftsman and worked there until 2016. In 2015, they joined Keith Panel Systems Co. Ltd. as the Chief Estimator for Supply Only Contracts and worked there until 2017.

In 2017, Marvin joined the Canadian Home Builders' Association - National as a Program Coordinator for the Net Zero Home Labelling Program. Marvin was responsible for coordinating and supporting various meetings and maintaining updated information for members via website updates and e-publications. Marvin worked in this role until 2019.

Currently, Marvin is employed at the Flynn Group of Companies, where they have had multiple roles. Marvin started in 2019 as an Estimator - Metals and then progressed to the role of Senior Estimator - Metals in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Estimator and Analyst, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Marvin has gained extensive experience in estimation, drafting, and program coordination, making him a valuable asset in the construction and design industry.

Marvin Gorospe has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Construction Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Technology in Architectural and Building Engineering from the same institute in 2011. Marvin has also completed additional certifications, including being a Data Analytics Professional through Google via Coursera, and being a Construction Estimator Certified (CEC) through the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), both obtained in 2022.
