Michelle Aguiar, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources within various sectors, currently serving as the Director of Service at Flynn Group of Companies since March 2014. Previous roles at Flynn include HR Client Support/HR Generalist and HR Administrator, where Michelle adeptly managed recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with regulations. Prior to Flynn, roles included On-call/On-site Recruiter at Lift Temp and Assistant/Associate Manager at Groupe Dynamite, where Michelle demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
