Mir Mustashin

Mir Mustashin, MASc, EIT, currently serves as a Senior Corporate Health and Safety Analyst and Corporate Health and Safety Coordinator at Flynn Group of Companies since May 2021. Previously, Mir held the position of Research Assistant at the University of Toronto from January 2019 to January 2020, where notable achievements included the development of a cost-effective test rig for shimmy vibration damper tests and the design of a torsional vibration testing setup for aircraft landing gear, achieving over 92% accuracy in experimental results. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Engineer at Orion Power Meghnaghat Ltd in February 2017, providing technical support for plant operations and analyzing engine parameters, as well as an Engineering Internship at Biman Bangladesh Airlines in December 2014. Mir holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) (2012-2016).
