Flynn Law, LLC  is s small firm that provides the kind of legal representation found in big law firms at much more reasonable rates.  We represent and provide legal advice to businesses, large or small, regardless of their industry, individuals, and insurers.

The Firm was stared in 2018 because Jared Flynn saw the need in the legal marketplace for a younger lawyer who could draw upon real jury trial experience to represent his clients.  Rather than focusing on billable hours, as many firms require, Mr. Flynn wanted to focus exclusively on applying common sense and creativity to aggressively represent and counsel his clients.  Also, understanding that lawsuits can be expensive, Mr. Flynn desired to have the flexibility to offer fee arrangements that allowed clients the opportunity for high quality legal representation at reasonable rates.

Flynn Law handles litigation and counsels clients in matters involving contracts, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, real estate, personal injury, construction, product liability, premises liability, oil and gas, energy, insurance coverage, and intellectual property.

Flynn Law also serves as outside general counsel to several businesses assisting in that particular company's everyday legal needs.  This includes negotiating contracts, drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, handling litigation and resolving employment controversies.
