Ashley Young is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Flynn Group since 2025. Previously, Ashley held director-level positions at Bluegrass Restaurant Holdings and Hallrich Inc, and worked as an HR Generalist at Pepper Construction Group. Prior to their HR career, Ashley contributed as a Corporate Recruiter and Marketing Coordinator at Love's Travel Stops, Gemini Motor Transport, Musket Corporation, and Love's Financial from 2012 to 2015. Ashley is also pursuing an Executive MBA from Kent State University while completing a Bachelor's degree at The University of Akron.
