Prior to this role, Ben worked at Hyland Software for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing global corporate infrastructure, strategic capacity planning, cybersecurity, business continuity, and team leadership across multiple roles, culminating as Senior Manager of IS Infrastructure. Ben's extensive experience encompasses performance management, recruitment, project planning, and IT budgeting, alongside technical support and administration across both hardware and software systems.
