Charles Russo

Charles Russo is an Area Director at Flynn Group, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Area Director, Director of Operations, and Regional General Manager at Twin Peaks Restaurants in 2021. Before that, Charles was a General Manager and Director of Operations at Bar Louie from 2017 to 2018, and they spent nearly two decades as a Managing Partner at On The Border from 1998 to 2017. Charles is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
