Crystal Young

Crystal Young, MBA MSL, currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Team Experience at Flynn Group and has held the position of Sr. Director of Compliance Risk and Regulatory at Medical Service Company since January 2022. Crystal's previous roles include Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at America's Pharmacy Source, LLC., and Regional Corporate Compliance Manager at Cleveland Clinic, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing compliance with laws and regulations.
