Dan Rieger

Dan Rieger is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Flynn Restaurant Group. Dan has over 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including positions at H&R Block and DineEquity, Inc.

Dan began their career at H&R Block in June 2014 as Vice President, International and Expat. In this role, they were responsible for the P&L, strategy, operations, and leadership of the International Division of H&R Block. Dan worked with the CEO and Board of Directors to set a long range strategic plan and execute annual operating plans of a $300M+ Division, spanning operations in 4 countries and serving clients in approximately 140 countries.

In September 2021, Dan transitioned to their current role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Flynn Restaurant Group. In this role, they are responsible for leading the real estate function for the company’s portfolio of over 1,400 restaurants. Dan oversees all aspects of real estate, including site selection, lease negotiation, construction management, and asset management.

Dan has a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry. Dan is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and profitability. Dan is a strong leader with a commitment to developing people and teams.

Dan Rieger's educational career includes a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from William Jewell College.

They work with Jacqueline Lee - General Counsel, Charles Jarrett - SVP, Information Technology, and Jessica Reicher - President, RB American Group. Dan Rieger reports to Greg Flynn, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer.
